The best place we booked in Cairns. It was really well maintained and had all the required items for our stay including a kitchenette which included a fridge, few utensils to cook and eat. The space was big enough for 2 and the bed was of king size. We stayed there for 5 nights and we were very happy with the hotel. They have their own laundry room as well. There is a car rental right next door and most of the eateries are at a walkable distance.

We stayed 6days. Studio apartment. Well equipped. Large fridge was useful. Offered a mid stay clean up and change of sheets and towels. Staff are the best. Oliver and Carmen were charming and helpful. Went out of their way to arrange taxis.

We stayed for a night! Everything was okay. This is our second time staying at STH! We really need a good rest but very noisy at that night. There is a gap between the door and the floor and there is no privacy. I can hear them outside loud and clear. My husband had to put towel between the gap to minimize the noise. A lot of noises coming from the other room and few minutes later they all come out, laughing and talking very loud. You can hear someone running and laughing. This happened between 11:30pm to 12:130am. Anyway, going back to cairns again and I hope this time we get a good night sleep at same hotel.

Very disappointed with our stay here. Firstly the pool was closed for renovations with no warning apart from a sign in the lift. What was to be a 2 day closure turned out to being closed our entire week stay. We were told we could go in the afternoon but the pool looked disgusting and very un inviting. Our room had a leak in the roof (and we overheard another guest had the same issue) and cleaning was just not up to scratch. When you have mould growing on top of the fake water on the fake flowers I’m the room you know it is because of laziness. We got a late checkout for the inconvenience but this didn’t help that my once a year week holiday was ruined by not having a pool to enjoy.

Wonderful hotel - they are renovating but you don't even notice it. Rooms are fantastic and have all the facilities you'd ever need. Very helpful and friendly staff. My new go to hotel for Cairns.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
