We stayed in the junior suite this December and our stay was worth it. The location is marvellous and its just few meters away from the train station. The amenities were good but and the porter service was spectacular. Somethings which I loved I am mentioning below. Pool Bfast with a view Restaurant food Location Kids play area

My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights back in November. I emailed reception prior to our arrival to book private transport from the train station to the hotel which they accepted, but they left us outside in the cold for more than 1 hour waiting for them without any warning at 6 in the evening, even though I told them our time of arrival. And this is a shame, since it gave us a bad feelings about the hotel services and we were worried about our stay. Only positive thing was the service from one guy at the restaurant who helped us with food recommendations as well in the morning for breakfast. Location was great, only few minutes walk from the train station. I expected the room to be a bit bigger but cleanliness was good and the view was amazing.

We stayed here for three nights between Chrissy and new year. Great spot in town - the staff were more than happy to help with whatever we needed whether it be activities or transport. Great facilities and great breakfast highly recommend!

I would like to rate 0 star but I couldn’t. Thank you Ms. Juliana to make my day wonderful and unforgettable. The whole experience is terrible. When we checked in at 5 something with Ms Juliana (with curve brown hair and a pretty tattoo on hand) welcoming us, she tried to impress us with her emo and unfriendly manners. What a professional hotel service. It’s fine for some misunderstandings in between as we booked the stay through travel agent, but the professional Juliana just treated us like begging for a stay. Thank you to show me how generous you were and let us in. To conclude, the location is okay, the room, cleanness and food are just fair. And please don’t expect any services and helpful staff at all. You better STAY AWAY the hotel and alert. And, it’s shame to read the replies from the hotel to those 1 star reviews. I think the management teams would better review themselves too as they got out of control on the customer relationships.
