Sunway Lagoon Hotel surpassed my expectations! Initially unsure about exceptional service, the staff was determined to prove me wrong. A warm greeting upon arrival and immediate luggage assistance set the tone. Check-in was seamless, and they upheld this standard until check-out – a rarity in many similar-rated hotels. Kudos to the management for their excellent staff training! As a local tourist abroad, I didn't fully utilize the facilities, but I believe they offer luggage storage services. The hotel's proximity to Sunway Pyramid Mall is convenient, accessible through Padini Clothing Store, or an external route if it's closed. The mall is a paradise for avid shoppers. Nearby, the lagoon and resort offer additional leisure options. A 3-night stay feels worthwhile, despite potential traffic woes on the way here – a small price for the rewarding experience. I'm genuinely impressed and considering a stay at the resort for my next visit.

I searched for a parking space for a long time, almost an hour. I didn’t understand why the parking spaces in the hotel and the parking spaces in the shopping mall were not separated. We checked in at three o’clock, but we waited for more than an hour before it was our turn to check in. I understand that there are many people on holidays, so It's too busy, but this is the company's problem. You have been operating for so many years. You should know that there will be extra people every holiday. You should improve your measures.

We had a great time here. The breakfast quite good with variety of choices. The rooms were clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here. They have excellent customer services, except no one greets you when you arrive at the entrance.

My return stay in this nice and newly renovated hotel. Enjoy good service from the moment you arrive at the hotel till you check out. Stayed here before for both family holiday and business trips, good experience was consistent. Clean, neat and spacious room with King size bed for double room. Hotel porter always help with our luggage and check in was a breeze. The hotel is next to Sunway Mall with everything needed. Highly recommended and always happy to be back.

We booked the hotel for new year 2024 to oversee the countdown on the surf beach. Extremely expensive pricing for a normal room, RM800 and check in was extremely late as there was another function one day before. However, the manager on duty, Liyana or Diyana was extremely good in handling our distress. The expensive room View wasn’t very great for the fireworks and there was no bath tub in the bathroom for a 4 star hotel. Seemed very normal. Facilities in the hotel on had swimming pool and fitness centre. Food spread for buffet was also so so only. Only good thing is that it is connected to Sunway pyramid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
