The staff deserves special recognition for their warmth and attentiveness. Every member, from the front desk to the housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay.

This is a family friendly hotel, very near to the theme park, plenty of parking space. The room is very spacious, clean and the amenities are great! The breakfast is nice. The staff are attentive and friendly. The room come with free Night theme park entrance tickets and they also offer a discount voucher for purchase day theme park entrance ticket.

This hotel isn’t too bad, but not really worth the price. They seem short of staff but they do try their best to help us as fast as they can. They were also short of utilities like towels, so we had to wait quite a while for them after coming back from the hot springs! Besides that, the shower head did not have hot water most of the time and the pressure was really low. But other than that, it was an okay hotel for a few days to bunk in. Food was also okay! I would recommend this hotel just to sleep and eat, but not to relax the whole day and watch TV kinda holiday. Enjoy! :)

We Booked Family room Clean room and toilet The resort is Wheels chair friendly For family room you get free 4 nights park tickets which open starts at 6pm Close to town centre Complimentary coffee and tea that tastes really good Decent breakfast could be improved Hotel and resort not connected so thats the only turndown point. Fast service when we call the operator. One of our toilets can't flush and we were told we need to manually fill the tank with water before we flush each time. The water splashed from the toilet bowl when the plumber tried to fix it and we had to clean the toilet. The breakfast selection and quality is not as good as other similar hotels. Need to walk across a road to get to the breakfast location too. We are not allowed to request for extra towels but we can request to change towels. The hotel WiFi doesn't work properly. Some of us can't even connect even though we requested help from staff.
