Where to start.... this place deserves its 1 star review! It is so dirty and gross! The sheets, blankets, and towels are stained badly. The towels were used in our room, and I had to ask for new ones. There looks to be feces on the wall near the door, and the walls are so thin we can hear everything, and I mean everything going on in the next room. I booked on Booking .com and it stated this Super 8 was a 3 star, but the actual Google review is a 1 star. The breakfast that it provides is a joke! Every morning, they were out of stuff, and several guests in the morning were complaining. No butter or spread for the bread, hardly any bread or bagels to begin with. No fruit, no milk for cereal, no creamer, etc. Every morning, we went in, and there was nothing, and I'm not exaggerating. Some guests stated they had to go buy butter for their bread. Lastly, there were several cockroaches in the tiny bathroom. When the AC unit turns on, it smells of urine.Also, the lamps have plastic that is stated to be removed due to a fire hazard. Looking at the latest reviews from other customers, most of my complaints are not new. The evening staff were nice and that was the only good thing about this place. We felt so dirty staying here and will never return. Wyndham should be embarrassed having their name associated with this place!

Avoid this fascist dump. We checked in and put our food on the fridge. When we returned at night to eat, we food was rotten because the fridge wasn’t working. My daughter got sick. In the morning, the receptionist didn’t let me bring her breakfast from the lobby. She said I had to bring her in to eat under their surveillance. Also, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, light bulbs are out and they take $100 deposit.

A budget hotel that is no frills and cheap, but you get what you pay for so don’t come here expecting a nice place. This is pretty much the type of motel where you just plan to sleep, shower, and then quickly leave to go out for an adventure. The beds are made of cheap flimsy metal frames that would probably break if you jumped on them. The initial room they gave me had a leaky showerhead that was dripping constantly, and there were hairs in the tub so I asked for another room. The second room was much better and clean but the place is very old so except that there will be lots of imperfections. Also, the pool is super small and it’s generally not a nice property where you want to chill and relax outside. On the plus side it’s close to a lot of things and they are service animal friendly, but that’s pretty much it for pluses. If you have a pet you can stay here, but they’re gonna charge you an extra $25 per night so beware.

Stepping into the Super 8 in Kissimmee felt like a warm welcome thanks to the hospitality of the friendly manager. Their genuine friendliness added a personal touch to my stay. One of the standout features is the hotel's strategic location near Disney, making it incredibly convenient for anyone planning to visit the theme park. The proximity saved time and made the overall experience more enjoyable. In terms of cleanliness, this Super 8 exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other Super 8 establishments I've stayed in before. The attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment did not go unnoticed. However, it's fair to note that there was a minor issue with the bed and room creaking. While this didn't significantly impact my stay, it's worth mentioning for those who may be sensitive to such details. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall quality of the stay was impressive. The positives, including the friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location, overshadowed the minimal disturbance caused by the creaking. I would recommend this Super 8 in Kissimmee, Florida, for a pleasant and convenient stay near Disney.

I have to say experience at this hotel was quite good staying 10 nights. Good location, very practical parking in front of your room… but we face some shortage of food for the breakfast for 3 days!!!. Having a Walmart 3 min walk is not acceptable and it’s a pity as our global satisfaction was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
