Upon entering the room, we were immediately greeted with an overwhelming and unpleasant smell. The unpleasant odor at this hotel is likely due to the lack of significant investment for a considerable period of time, as well as its elderly age and inadequate noise insulation. I strongly advise not visiting that place unless it is absolutely necessary and all other options are fully booked, and you have no intention of sleeping in your car. 🤣The staff had a kind demeanor and provided exceptional assistance.

I don't mind paying for things, but would much prefer they are upfront about the fees, not waiting until you show up and then say, "there's a parking fee". We went for our grandsons basic training graduation and received the military discount rate, but after paying the parking lot fee, it was no discount. We stayed 3 nights and I asked for extra towels and the front desk told me to go to the laundry room and get them there. They didn't give me any hassle. I asked for 3, and they gave me three. We ate breakfast there 2 days and we had plenty to choose from, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and 3 different juices plus coffee. The parking lot entry was the biggest negative I have for them. Only one single car entry / exist.

My door would not latch, you had to try to pull the door in over and over till u finally hear a click. The soap shampoo and conditioner dispenser in bathroom was completely empty, all of them and one of my towels looked like they dropped it and stepped on it because there was Hal a dirty foot print on the towel. The only thing saving this place is that the place is crawling with hot "straight" dudes that wanna kick it and have a good time🎉

This place has a reputation for a reason. But not bad for your typical seedy motel definitely better and cleaner than most. Decent breakfast too. Not a place for families. Place is locally notorious for seedy activity and drugs. Staff is friendly generally. Not a terrible place but don't bring your family here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
