Great service! Mr. Dave was very helpful and kind and understanding even though I was a little grumpy and I appreciate his help getting into a room early to rest for work! The rooms are very basic and the shower water was lukewarm at best. Close to boardwalk too! For the price and customer service I give high ratings. Rooms were basic and I wish the shower water was hot.

room ok , loud air conditioning , good location , will be ok but backpack has been stolen from the room with lot of stuff in it - I was 15 min out of the room and housekeeping was in room when I came back . I am not sure how it vanished but manager could just check camera . i reported theft to police since it was an obvious theft and manager did not even offer to check camera for 10-15 interval . So be aware !

Walking distance to Boardwalk. Room was updated nicely. Only issue was not a working mini fridge and no closet. We enjoyed the pool due to Beach was too cold. But, it is a nice place to stay for vacation. Boardwalk closes early.

The manager of this place is so friendly and hands on. I was traveling with my mother who rarely leaves home and gets very socially anxious, and thanks to his easy going nature, she was completely at ease. I was so grateful for this. When traveling and staying in places away from home, there is just nothing like feeling welcome and at ease around the person running the place. Additionally the location is perfect and the best price I've seen for the area. We decided to check this place on a whim while on the road and didn't actually expect to find such a good rate so close to the beach. We enjoyed a beautiful morning stroll along the boardwalk just a few minutes walk away. The outdoor seating and smoking area is also a very nice place to hang out, on the second floor deck with several tables spaced out and a view of the street below. Everything is well kept, and our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Keeping in mind that this is a budget type motel, the breakfast and coffee options were great, exceeding my expectations for the type of place it is. I'm thrilled that we found this place. We had a wonderful time.

Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Holes in the bedsheets and weird stains on them. Random hair on the bed that arent mine. The walls are scratched up and beaten. The toilet had stains also you can hear all the cars driving on the road. Overall its not worth it. Save your money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
