#ReviewAugust2023 Room Type : Twin bed Standard room with street view. First Day I've Ordered Room Type : Superior 1 Queen Bed. And they give me free upgrade for 3 Days👍👍 Good management & Staff. Very friendly. Nice place. Have qiblat direction. Recommended stay at this hotel. Near Hin bus depot, Komtar, 1st Avenue, Gama, Laundry, Pak Yusof Nasi Melayu, Deen Maju Nasi Kandar, any stall like roti canai, sup, bus station at komtar, halte bus at Gama

When i want to check in i need to wait for the receptionist to talk to the phone with her boyfriend. After she hung up then she served me. Parking is not enough; the receptionist woke up me in the middle of the night to move my car.

Area is spick and span. The counter is manned by a woman. There is a complementary self service pot of warm coffee available while you are registering. There is an area condoned off with some chairs due to a broken tiles. Although we paid RM200 for a room for four, only two sachets of coffee were provided, plus sugar and creamer, but no tea. The air-conditioner could not be controlled. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. Many pots of plants are planted to green the area. Parking is available inside the compound. Double parking is allowed. You will be required to remove your car if the owner of the car that you are blocking wishes to go out. For this to work, you are required to provide your car registration plate number at the time you check in.

Room is clean but smaller. Front Staff helpful and friendly. The air conditioning is worn and regulator doesnt work. Room TV is finicky. Room cleaning is good. Sheets clean . Offer free car park. Convenient location for food and shopping. No awkward noises at night. Overall good place for a few pitstop nights.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
