We enjoyed our stay at the Super Balmes Guest House! It is exactly how it’s described online and even better in person! Great Value, Super Quiet, Felt very safe, The location can’t be beat so central and easy to access Barcelona Shopping/Dining, Gothic Quarter and city center all easily walkable! Very comfortable quaint rooms with balcony’s, wonderful air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice hot showers , very quiet throughout, kitchen and bathroom in excellent working condition and the staff stays on top of cleaning daily! Can’t recommend staying here enough we will definitely book here again in Future! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Barcelona!!

Room was nice and comfortable as well as the location being very central and easy to access however I booked it for the purpose of a balcony and it was blocked by scaffolding so be aware of construction taking place.

Well located in the city center, fast to reach almost every turistic highlight. Very clean, well-equipped and stuff was also nice. But who loves complete silence for sleep, because of the trafic, could be kind of noisy.

Wifi is good, location is nice in the center. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms both have a toilet and shower. It seemed like the cleaners didn’t go in our room, we got promised a change of towels after two days which didn’t happen. We did not get informed about a construction project on the building, therefore it was very loud early in the morning and we couldn’t see out of our window.

Cockroaches everywhere (8 in a stay of 4 nights) .... service was not willing to help with them... walls so thin, you wake up at 7 am due to traffic. all in all not really a pleasent stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
