Can’t beat the location. It’s at the center of food scene, walking distance to Harry Potter cafe and other venues. It’s super close to the Akasaka station. I really like that they have onsen and comfortable bed. I like my bed to be firm but not hard. they have different size of pillows so you can get the perfect size for your body. Service is very friendly and English friendly. Will be back

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. The rooms are small but cozy (as in most hotels in Japan) and definitely clean. The hotel was easy to find and the check-in process was quick and smooth. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couple who plan on spending most of the day outside exploring. ¨ The mattress was a bit thin and more on the firmer side. The bathroom was clean and included all necessary amenities. I also really enjoyed the view from my window, even if you're not super high up it's nice to look out the window and be able to see a bit of the city.

- Below average stay. - Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. - The room we received was dusty and dirty. Clearly looked like it does not get vacuumed. There was a contact lens, dusty on the floor & common surfaces, dried blood (?) on the bedding, air filter was very dusty and needed replacement. - They changed our room and it was better but still dusty. - Fixed time for public bath makes it unusable for men. The poor cleanliness of the rooms detered us from considering to use their public bath. - Laundry machine was good. Coin operated for washing. Free drying (takes about 1 hour of drying). There were four washers and four dryers. - They have spare pillows and free amenities in the end of the hallway after you check in. - Even if you put the "Do not Disturb" sign, they have leave a bag of new towels and only one bottle of water hanging at the door. - We would not stay at this hotel again. - I'm surprised with the relatively high rating.

Room was basic but comfortable. Absolute silence so sound proofing was solid. Very thin mattress on the bed, terrible. I asked for another to be added, which was no problem and this made the bed very comfortable. So if you find you need another mattress added, don’t hesitate to ask. I was on the ladies floor which made me feel safe and there was some added items provided along with some nice lotions, cleansers, serums etc a nice touch and nice products! Onsen was fine. Small, did the trick for a quick bathe. Location was 10/10 for convenance. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. My only negative was the carpet. It is like an office dark carpet and I def didn’t like walking on it without footwear. Also what was good, the reception team had no problem arranging to forward my suitcase to Kanazawa.

At 2023/10/29 10:50 pm, a male employee of the hotel enters women's bathhouse suddenly without knocking door or speaking. My wife is in there and she has no way to defend herself. This incident made us feel very uncomfortable. The hotel said that since it is men's Hot spring time, they can come and go freely during this time whatever employee are male or female. But the most controversial thing is why are there opposite sex employees doing this? There was clearly a male and a female employee at the time，but hotel doing things this way makes me feel very exaggerated and disapproving. The hotel said it was because they didn’t have enough staff. And they said they will do the same thing in the future. The hotel said we can call the police if you want, so this is Japanese service. This makes me feel very incredible and outrageous. After returning to my country , it has been seven days since I wrote e-mail to the head office, but there has been no reply or explanation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
