Stayed here on 10/27-11/1. Conveniently located near the train stations and many convenience stores nearby (walking distance). The hotel also had a breakfast daily but with a fee, I don’t believe it was pricey. They had a complimentary happy hour every night. Our room was small for 2 people and our luggages but that’s what to expect when coming to Japan. The important thing about our room was that it was clean and there were many usb ports to charge our electronics. I also liked having fresh towels dropped off everyday. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A couple of them do speak English. And if they didn’t, we used our translator app. The staff helped us transfer our luggage to our next hotel so that was great. It helped ease our travel day to the next city. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you super premier hotel Akihabara!

Typically, the check-in at hotels involves a brief 5 minute interaction with the front desk. But Dinh (I forgot his name) made it feel easygoing and amusing. The hotel's happy hours are excellent! The amenities are plentiful with the only drawback being that the bed is a bit firm.

Just 3 mins walk from the Akihabara station. No room card, just a generated passcode to enter the room. A touch panel to control most parts of the room. Onsens available as well, although the animated sharks swimming in the ceiling panel was a concert for me due to phobia. The only downside I could think of for the hotel is that there is only 1 lift, so peak hours can have a really long wait.

Do not recommend this hotel for travelers who may visit more than one cities/prefectures/hotels in Japan. 1. Check-in staff is polite and friendly. 2. Room is clean. Variety of amenities provided. But the bag provided for public bath was stained with red color. 3. Limited food choice at breakfast. 4. The water in public onset is too hot (42 degree) and has strong chlorine smell. 5. When I requested to keep my luggage in hotel from Wednesday to Friday, the hotel staff declined and said it's too long, I have never encountered this situation in hotels all around the world (included one of Super Hotel Premier in Osaka). Hence, I do not recommend this hotel for travelers who may visit more than one cities/prefectures/hotel in Japan.

Small room with little tub, will not accommodate more than one large luggage and carry on, maybe two large. Very clean rooms. High tech rooms with projector. Breakfast buffet has decent mix of Eastern and Western foods. Very close walk to Akihabara and JR station. Onsen can hold three-four people. Scenic TVs on the ceiling. Preferably no tattoos. Usually empty in early mornings. Morning staff does not speak English, evening staff has one English speaker. My only complaint was you couldn't keep the tote.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
