his hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Room is very very small.... and the air in the room is not fresh. And we booked online when we got there we were informed that we have to pay for another room. We have 2 adults and 1 kids. We HAVE to sleep separately!!!!! How strange!!! Who sleep separately from your family on a vacation?? We only ha 3 people. We have two bed!!!!! It's unbelievable!!! The front desk is ready rude and it took us 2 hours to check in!!!!! And we left the second day for a better hotel. no refound received at all!!! DON'T BOOK this hotel.

Within 5 min walk from Daimon station. Staff is very helpful and courteous. I love how the hotel tries to be eco friendly, though they can still work on switching out the disposable cups for complimentary drinks. Free alcoholic drinks, small snacks at night. Room is small but sufficient. Very quiet at night. Bed is comfortable. You can select your own pillow in the lobby to fit your needs. You choose either smoothie or soup from a selection of 8 options for breakfast, but salad, bread, yogurt is all you can eat. Simple breakfast but good quality. The pastry was surprisingly delicious for hotel quality!

We spent 4 nights here. It’s relatively newly built & interiors are as expected - new & tidy. I have stayed in a few Super Hotels & their normal room size is not as spacious as most hotels but good enough for us as we spend most of days outside in the city. I must specifically highlight that their breakfast menu is slightly different from their other hotels - they have choices of soups, smoothies etc this time round. However what is unexpected is their dining area here is pretty “small” I must say but its ambience is awesome. There’s a seat where one can sit just next to the full height glass windows - very nice & warm feeling with a cuppa in hand whilst watching the world goes by. Needless to say, we enjoyed the atmosphere immensely. Other positive points - 2 subways station within short walking distance. Also all the usual eateries ( Yoshinoya, Mos, McD etc ) in the vicinity. Family Mart, 7 11 too. Room rates r very competitive. Will stay again.

Hotel is ok, room was ok as well, similar to other rooms of the same category, however the toilet seat did not fit the toilet bowl which made it all a bit unclean and uncomfortable. The reception team and check in experience was not nice. It took me almost an hour to be able to check in. The staff was the opposite of helpful, not flexible and not understanding, checkin experience was bad.

5min walk from JR station. Convenience location with 2 family marts nearby. Room is cosy/clean and with aroma fragrance. Suitable for all travellers for biz or leisure . Hotel staffs are very friendly.
