The rooms are a bit small but, overall, for the price, it was sufficient. The proximity of the hotel is great as the train station is about a 1/2 block away. Which makes it easy to navigate around.

We had a connecting room, size is good, service was reasonable (the price reflects it..) and breakfast included. The bathroom in the room as small but there is a public bath, which was quite comfortable

It’s good, though not many facilities, as it’s a business hotel. Free breakie though. Location is 30mins from central Tokyo, would instead recommend staying near Yamamoto line for tourists though it’s cheaper here. Anyways, good investment

Room is not so big but average of such kind of hotels. Very clean and well planed. We got Sky tree view. Up to 10th floor there is a small balcony to see sky tree. Breakfast has various food though free of charge. Restaurants are nearby. 5min walk to kinshicho station. Kinshicho has several JR lines and subway. Pillow is extremely hard. Better to borrow at the reception.

Although the room was on a small side (bathroom was almost too small), the hotel offers a fantastic value. The location is spot on. Tasty breakfast was included in price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
