Super OYO 1191 Yootel Boutique Hotel

Worst possible experience with any hotel. Check in took more than 2 hours. The woman insisted the check in time has changed to 3pm when every thing about check in says it is 2pm. She asked for something she called custom tax that she won’t allow me to check in until I pay and mind you there is no receipt for that payment. Something fishy going on. Now as a student I never had to pay any tax in a hotel ever for the past 10 years but I had to pay because I was not allowed to check in until I do it. The reception lady was very rude and disrespectful when I called the hotel earlier on the check in day she hung up while I was still trying to talk to her. when I reached the hotel she kept on saying “I don’t care” to everything I said. Besides all the other insults she kept on throwing in Malay language thinking I do not understand.
