        They tried to rip us off! we made a reservation on booking. we arrived late and tired after a long travel, and the man at the reception was unfriendly, spoke to us badly, and asked us to pay double the price.         I had arrived after midnight due to my late flight and the staff was accommodating to help me check-in late at night. But the room I received was unfortunately not in an acceptable state. There were some insects on the tea counter, bathroom and one even crawled along my bed. Since it was late I decided to put up with it and stay for the night. The AC had some condense water piling up and started to drip on the floor which made it difficult to fall asleep, so I had to put a towel on the floor. Even though the girl at the reception next day was friendly, I just wanted to check out. I hope the hotel can fix the room hygiene in the future to avoid this for other guests.

        The room is Fine. At least there is a clean bad room, which I think very important for a hotel. But the service was really really bad. We booked a standard bedroom with 2 beds 45min before we came in. As we talked to an old guy at the reception, we were told that there would be no booking for us in the system if we booked at the same day (which is of course wrong). As I look at the system, there was a booking on our name coming in. But the old guy refused to take us because he said that there was no room left and we had to pay 500k to get another room. (Which is totally rude and wrong) He discussed with us very long and waisted our time (it was 12:00 at night). Finally he gave us a key to our room according to our booking and he said to me that he should have told us that all the room were not available, so that we could leave. I’m sorry for saying this but 3-stars hotel shouldn’t have this kind of staff. I can discuss with him in vietnamese but my husband can’t. What would he do if there was only my husband there or other international tourist??? Shame on you !!!

        Not as clean or maintained as the pictures show. The sink was covered in soap scum and clearly had not been cleaned. Very noisy and the building smelled like cigarettes. Bed felt like sleeping on the floor and caused back pains. I left before my stay was over even though I got no refund because I could not stay here.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
