Book their hotel through Agoda app, when I arrive at the property they said they are fully booked which never happened to me in 8 months since I'm here. How can you send the booking confirmation from the place which is fully booked?! So when you book this hotel you have a chance that you might arrive at the property that might be occupied and you need to look for another one while sorting your cancellation.

We feel the comfort of home while staying here🤗 This apartment is run by a Thai family (husband and wife)😊 They have 2 very cute dogs♥️ Even though the owner can't speak English it's not a problem for us because Google Translate can handle it☺☺ Their swimming pool is clean and the water clear but we are the only ones who use it🤭 No other guests use the swimming pool because most of the other guests are local people who only stop by one day for business purposes😁 This apartment also has a Gym, Laundry Service, and an Ion Water Machine😘 The owner was very welcome and we were even allowed to use the kitchen and borrow some of their cooking utensils🤗 The location is really peacefull and 2 big malls in either direction only 5 min walk. Victoria garden with many shops and restaurants and the other way is Big C supermarket and so much more. McDonald's is 3 min walk and open 24/7 and 2 min walk is a 7/11 supermarket.

I rate each section of a place from {0} as worst to {10} as best. *Staff & Service {0} Zero English speaking staff,however, the management personal is very friendly and accommodating. *Room, Amenities & Facilities {0} No Facilities, my computer monitor is bigger then their TV, room Amenities is ZERO, no hand soap, no tissue, no shampoo, no even towels, no nothing. *Cleaning, Hygiene & Comfort {0} Dirty spots everywhere in bed cover and sheet, uncomfortable bed, old torn pillows, dirty toilet. *Price & Cost {3} Considered expensive for such a room. Hay You get what you paid for but this is way less then what you paid for. *Location, accessibility, & comfort{0} there is nothing near by that area, No shopping malls, No BTS/MRT stations near by, No wheelchair accessibility, and No elevators. I would NOT recommend it to anyone

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
