Beautiful hostel. Note: The air conditioner there is very, very cold. I feel cold inside the room and inside the capsule. I can't sleep because of the cold. I told the staff there but they didn't do anything.

Best of the best hotels I stay in Indonesia actually the facilities more than I expected especially with that price I totally recommend it and if I stay on Jakarta again it will be my first and last choice and the location is too perfect the money changer just 600 meters from u the markets are next to u ATM, train station Jakarta Kota and public transportation if u need also it's the old town oglf Jakarta if u interested on history u will have many places to see Just the vibe there were so cozy and perfect

Amazing stay with this Japanese capsule hotel style. Good room, friendly service, near convenient stores and food vendors. Located about 1km from sawah besar station. Highly recommend if you like travel in a budget Air con a bit too cold tho.

Traveling for a long time first bad experience with a hostel. After i booked the hostel they canceled my booking and said that i could pay at the reception for my booking, what was fine by me. When i got there they just said we are fully booked. So communication is a big problem between the staff i guess. i asked for the manager that agreed with the payment. he let me wait for 2 hours in the night without booking and transportation that i paid for nothing. So i had to book another hostel because the manager forgot me 0 stars for the 0 service

The location is strategic, right across the Trans Jakarta bus stop. The pods are clean and include a blanket and towel. There is also an LCD TV with very limited channels. They only provide soap in the shared bathroom, but don't worry, as there is an Indomaret convenience store just 10 steps away in case you need a toothbrush or anything else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
