The location is hidden and hard to see. The condition of the room does not match what is in the hotel booking application. The signal is difficult, the staff belittles the guest as if they don't understand the experience of staying. The TV is smart but there is no signal, it's useless. The air conditioner only feels air, there is no cold.

For the price tag, it supposed to be better, way a lot better. Room a bit smell and damp, toilet is awfully dirty, mossy ceiling. Heater exist but it doesn't work at all. A lot of budget hotel cheaper with better room. Not recommended

Average accommodation. AC not strong, toilet seat broken, no elevator so carrying a luggage upstairs is a pain in the a**. However good WiFi, lots of shops around. Could provide small kitchen, air freshener in room and more than 2 bottles of water and would be one star more.

Forgot to take how bad this OYO hotel was. I didn't expect for fancy facilities when it comes to a cheap hotel but at least give me a clean room. The bathroom was just so dirty and like a garbage town. It was kinda smell as well. I strongly not recommend this hotel cause I know you can find way better cheap hotel than this

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
