The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and provided good support. However, the room seemed a bit old and had some cockroaches. I saw two of them as soon as I opened.

Booked via Agoda cost was 220Kd They have a minibar and snack bar and there is a pricelist on the side of the snack tray! Read before consuming. Aircon was not really making the room cold and it was leaking too! We cannot make the TV work, the HanoiCab box was not working. Good wifi though and clean room!

Worst possible hotel you can imagine: - Room is dirty, towels and blankets stink like haven't been washed for very long time after uses - Window and toilet door are broken, cannot close - Showerhead is broken - Staff wakes customer up at 11:30 PM for no reason - Receptionist is nice though

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
