I booked and paid through Agoda, a bit late near midnight. after 10 minutes i made the reservation, went to front-desk,the staff ( indian old man) said ; ‘ i cannot see reservation in the system ..no reservation made. you must wait 1 hour. semua tengah tido sekarang ni. tunggu luar tunggu luar. saya tak tau, you bayar dengan Agoda, bukan bayar dengan kita” he chased us out and shut the door ( though got waiting area with seats available in front of front desk) i called Agoda CS and filed a complaint. very attentive staff. she went on calling the hotel for 15 minutes ( for clarification) but no answer. She proceed with full refund straightaway. scary staff. what on earth he was thinking treating customer that way.. we later checked-in at nearby hotel.. cheaper and nicer staff.

Not a honest hotel. Booked through Agoda and was informed we have to pay more after we arrive at the hotel. We decided not to check in and ended up wasting a lot of time. The front desk staff was extremely rude as well and chased us out when we did not agree to paying more. Avoid at all cost

15/4/2023, Book from Agoda and pay using Atome. My husband check late, and arrived 2am. Drive from Malacca and have meeting for tomorrow. But he want to check in, the hotel staff (Indian guy) refuse to accept and said no no.. full book. Eventhough my husband already show the booking number. We already inform Agoda regarding this matter. But Agoda told that Hotel inform them my husband alrealy utilised check in. How come he check in eventhough Agoda/Hotel cannot prove my husband photocopy IC? It's nonsense, we need to pay monthly to Atome even it's not our fault. It's not fair ! I will issue this matter to KPDNKK. Just wait and see !

I booked this hotel by Agoda for rm 60+. But after 30mins, I got the call from the hotel told us the price actually rm90+. I said, its okay. We will pay at the counter later. But when we there, the receptionist refuse to let us check in and told us the hotel is fully occupied. The male Indian receptionist is so rude. Please dont come to this hotel.

Very bad experience here, after make payment at Agoda, once you check in at counter will ask top up the payment. Reoson is Agoda price too cheapper. 1st time and never come again. Betul betul cap Ayam punya tempat.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
