The room was so dark, dusty and very different from the picture. The bed was dirty and I felt weird sensation when using the blanket. Smell's also not good, toilet door is broken, there's no toilet kit even a towel. The receptionist seems not friendly. It may look cheap, but I have to pay extra IDR 50k for each day when check in. I booked for 2 days but already checked out at 9 P.M to find another place to stay (only stay in the room for 2-3 hours, can't stay more).

It's little expensive OYO but I think location maybe makes it. Near by Circle K mart which is open till 10PM and 24 hours ATM center. Front of mesjid for prayers. Structure is old and rooms also 1+1 bed. Hot shower is working. Only Chinese Channel works well on TV. All rooms are non smoking rooms. WiFi is available but weak and receiving only 1 signal on a phone. Otherwise staff is supportive. Good for long stays.

Please don't even think about this hotel, it's a scam hotel. Will do terrible things to you, I got from Surabaya to Jakarta by train and was very tired when I reached the hotel but they refused to let me check in because it's still not 2 pm even though there were plenty of empty rooms ready which I have seen by my own eyes ,secondly they gave me a complete broken room, not cleaned,no towels, toilet wasn't clean by anyone and it was very smelly,the cupboard door was broken as well, and gave me a small single bed (rooms are so small that anyone could feel suffocation ) though I booked a large bed when I asked the reason the guy on the reception gave me a weird logic that it's because you booked from Agoda and it's discounted price that's why you got a broken room, this is the most weirdest logic I have ever heard in my life,of course everyone books from Agoda or other online platforms and you will get some discount if book hotel 2 weeks before,it doesn't mean hotel should give broken room, very very terrible staff not professional at all and the rooms don't even think, please just stay away from this hotel, Safety is also one of the major problem at hotel as well,I wish I could report this hotel

Overal it was nice, for a backpacker like me, the facilities is good enough. Free WIFI, amenities, hot water, clean room, AC, even satellite TV. Parking can accommodate bikes only, if you bring cars, you must park outside/on road. But I had little problem with electric, blackout 5x when tried to turning on AC. Deposite money for key is 100k Rupiah.

Co-Joint with boarding house aka. Kost which my friend used to rent for 9 years, cause the office used to be at Rasuna Said. No proper parking space whatsoever. But this place has small Circle K and complete ATM's. A lot of food seller Infront, also spacious mosque, state school, and police office.. so it's quite hectic at certain hours.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
