Rooms and beds are really big for Tokyo. There are a lot of free amenities such as toiletries, drinks (including alcohol), breakfast and choice of pillows. The clothes dryers are actually strong which is rare in Tokyo! Location is good - neighbour is convenient, close to major stations but also nice and peaceful. The male front desk worker with glasses and fluffy hair is very kind and gentle :) having a little chat when I left and came back made me smile ☺️ 幸せになって!! Only downside I can think of is the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner (details such as the cracks between the bathtub and under the sink).

Rooms were small (but that's typical for Tokyo) but clean. The free breakfast was great, and home cooked. They had all the toiletries you wedged and changed your towels daily. If you speak English, the staff don't really speak. One particular staff did not try to explain how the breakfast system worked or really much at all, despite my prior messaging with the hotel as to whether or not English was ok. Overall, great value, clean facilities. Inexpensive coin washer and dryer as well.

Very very very nice staff, at the reception and breakfast as well. Very good equiped rooms, good beds. Breakfast was delicious. I like unlocking/opening the front door with PIN code without card. Just 3 minutes walk from the train station.

Budget hotel. Very close to the JR train station, so convenient for seeing a lot of Tokyo and also for airport transfers. Good neighbourhood for restaurants and bars. Free breakfast. Wi-fi is free but the connection is usually bad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
