one of the best hostels I've stayed in. good location, near city center and the metro. beds are comfortable and they have lockers that can fit a carry-on. bathroom is not huge but more than enough, with a big shower that has good temp regulation and water pressure. they have a cafe with outside space on the ground floor. people at the reception are nice, they are at the door 24hs. would definitely come back.

The staff is friendly and hospitable, but the lack of a kitchen is inconvenient. The rooms are very warm, and the amenities are not practical—there's inadequate lighting and limited space for using a laptop, with only two tables available. Sorry but this place doesn't really fit the typical youth hostel vibe.

The location was great as nearly everything was within walking distance from the hostel. It's also just a 3 minute walk from the Trinidad metro station, perfect if u arrive by plane and take the metro into the city. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and every room had a little balcony and its own bathroom which was great. The café had great coffee for a very reasonable price and a cute outdoor patio, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

A couple friends and I stayed in a 4 bed room with a bathroom attached and it was perfect! Temperature was great, beds were comfortable, large lockers for our stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff, very cute cafe downstairs with great food and nice outdoor eating area. Definitely will stay again if I'm ever back in Porto! Thanks everyone at Supernova!

Very comfortable room and bed, I slept really well here. Staff is very polite. there is not really a common area to hang out other than the supernova cafe, which I found quiet pricey. This is why I would recommend this hostel for 1 or 2 nights of good sleep but not great to meet people, cook a meal or have breakfast

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
