Just when you think it can't get any worse there comes this place. One of the most dirty places I have ever been to in South East Asia. Horrible tiny, dirty rooms, dangerously neglected and badly maintained. Dirt, mold, horrible service (actually non existent) and as mentioned by other reviews, it's a death trap. It's quite affordable by western standards but still too expensive. Rather spend a bit more and get a proper accommodation for the sake of your health. You have been warned!

I can’t believe how this was presented and how it turned out. This place is in a great spot however, if there were a fire in there, no one would survive. Also, my room was never cleaned from the start, there was only barely warm water twice. Also, the room is no bigger than a closet. And, I had to throw away old food in one of the cabinets. It is very cheap and if you want something extradinaraliy basic then I would go for it. The washing machine didn’t work either but the AC and fan did. However, like I said it is not safe to get out of the building if there were some state of an emergency. And, the room is no bigger than a closet.

the room is not large but clean and convenient.. has elevator, air conditioner, tv, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, hot water. Suitable for couples on long trips. I like it very much. There are a lot of foreigners here. noiseless and safe. Come and experience.

ITS A TRAP!!!!! This place is absolutely terrible. CHECKING IN WAS AWFUL, WE WAITED 50 MINUTES BEFORE ANY HELP WAS GIVEN, THERE IS NO RECEPTION ON SITE. Barely any warm water. They have appliances with nothing to use them with. Even the TV doesn't work truly a terrible place

stayed three days should of read reviews first just dont do it to yourself its terrible pay alittle more and get somewhere nicer bigger cleaner exposed wires in shower and above bed stay away!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
