Great location! Very welcoming staff. Kid friendly hotel, close to every sight seeing place. Front desk is very helpful. Wide range of breakfast. Totally recommend it and we will surely be back :) Our child unfortunately fell ill, we found an angel- Selma who went out of her way to find us a hospital, constantly checking on us, caring for our child . We were moved by her kindness. Selma, if you are seeing this, you will remain in our prayers and well wishes forever. Thank you for everything.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, top location. More a 4 star plus than 5 in my opinion but a decent hotel still, no major complaints. It's in a safe and very central area, ideal positioning for us on a short trip. Great view from the Penthouse rooms and v spacious. Reasonable rate for the view alone. Spa facilities are good. Negotiate extra services for cash in TL to get a discount. Don't get rinsed by the restaurants that claim to be Michelin rated in this area as they are inconsistent. Taking taxis from the hotel even with the Bitaxi app can be a hassle due to the dead end street it's in.

Our stay at Sura Hagia was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, offering a wonderful start to each day. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff - their attentiveness and warmth added a special touch to the overall experience. Sura Hagia exceeded expectations in every aspect, making it a memorable and highly recommended choice for one of my favourite cities.

the location is the only 5 star factor. unless you paid to stay in one of the top notch rooms the other rooms are average. definitely not 5 star. the rooms weren't cleaned properly. a dead fly was in the window sill from day 1 til I left. shower drain wasn't clear so water would flood. towels were cheap quality with holes. cups were not removed as part of a cleaning service. asked for mattress to he changed from day 1 of the stay and whilst they said they would change it, they never did. the staff was not friendly. It was my birthday and I requested an upgrade or something and they just asked me for more money if I wanted one. they did not go out of their way or give any 5 star treatment. breakfast was served at 7am and one morning I was there 6.50am. they didn't even let us sit in the restaurant let alone commence eating even though everything was set up. very inflexible. a cleaning cart permanently remained parked outside our room which was ugly.

I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Great staff. Personally, I was given a sweet room upgrade from my original reservation. They probably ran out of the budget basement rooms that I reserved. Gym is better than most hotel gyms. Great location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
