Also known as Sure Hotel by Best Western. Pros and Cons: The staff were wonderful—all the people at the front desk—extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the joy ended there. I slept terribly due to super hard beds and lots of loud noises like doors slamming starting very early in the morning. No acoustics I guess. Location is very far from city center, but there is a convenient tram about 10 minutes walk away that takes you into the center in about a half hour.

Yesterday my flight was cancelled unexpectedly while I already was in the airport, so I kindly asked for a refund even knowing that my booking option was a nonrefundable one. What I asked was some comprehension, as it is perfectly acceptable to cancel my booking due to these unpredictable reasons and get the money back. This refund was insistingly denied to me. This is unacceptable.

Lisa at the check in reception and the evening Supervisor went out of their way to take care of us on this one night stop while driving back to Spain. The hotel and rooms were clean and beds and pillows were quite comfortable. There was free parking at the entrance. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there were plenty of other restaurants nearby. Lisa should be considered for a Manager position.

Like a Motel 6 in the US, but perhaps not as good though :o Small and cheap rooms. You can hear everything from outside and in the hotel. Staff was nice though. Shower ran hot-cold and there were no non-slip mats "available" per the staff. We had the loft family room, which had a rather steep ladder with no hand rails which could make it dangerous for smaller kids. We will not stay here again.

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Rooms were very pretty, with new air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, with two pillows. Another nice thing was that in each room there is a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules! We also got a free room upgrade; The only thing is that it's a bit far from the city centre but it's near the airport and the Lac. The other thing is that because of the Lac and its mosquitos you can't open the window. And another thing was that the soundproofing could be better as you can hear the corridor and the surrounding rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
