We stay in a family room in Sure hotel.This room provide 4 single beds. The room is clean and spacious enough. Basic amnities is provided such as soap and shampoo, but no toothbrush and toothpaste. Sure hotel is situated above the central subway and train station, so It's location is very strategic. You can find restaurants, supermarket at the subway station and also area around it. Breakfast provided by the hotel is also have a good variation of food

Great experience for our stay during Oktoberfest. Location is right next to central station within walking distance to everything. The noise wasn’t an issue at all (and to be expected for a hotel next-door to the station) Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We initially booked a double room which is very small and basic, we managed to upgrade to a comfort double which had much more room for a couple with a coffee machine and bathtub. The rooms don’t have a fridge or aircon but the fan and open windows made for a cool room during the night. Breakfast was plentiful with hot food, fresh fruit and pastries with juice and coffee. Staff were helpful and kind during what was a hectic weekend in Munich.

Hi, i want to share with all the costumers who was or going to visit this hotel just to know few things about them. I have made a reservation to this hotel around the middle of September. I must say that it was made without the free cancel option because i had a very important business meetings and i was sure to come. But unfortunately a war started in our region and there is no flights and no option to get abroad so i had to move my meetings 3 months forward. I've tried to cantact the hotel several times but they never answered. I have contacted "booking" service to try and help. Booking had asnwered that they contacted the hotel and they're don't care about you situation if you want to cancel you'll pay all the price. Ok so i have tried to contact the hotel to try to move the reservation 3 months later...again they didn't answered me several times but then surpirisingly someone named Tihomira Lyutskanova answered me with a message like" we won't change you your dates and won't cancel anything"! You decided to make reservation without cancel option so THIS YOUR PROBLEM!". Yes i know that it's my problem but i have tried to understand my situation and help me a little bit... So probably they will stay with my reservation and my money...take it and enjoy! But i want that everyone will see this comment to understand about this hotel costumer service and understanding! P.s i have started to try and contact them when it was still almost a month before reservation so there was a plenty of time to try and figure it out.

Extremely plesant and attentive staff, they made our stay worthwhile. HOWEVER nothing in our rooms seemed to function. The phones didn't work, the internet was terrible, no air conditioner but only a ventilator was available, the shower drain was clogged when we arrived, not to mention that we had specifically asked for two beds and they gave us a double. The staff were always willing to help us solve these issues but man there were ISSUES. Good breakfasts though.
