        This place works, I guess... There hasn't been anything outright bad about it yet, but other reviews about roaches feel absolutely plausible. Photos can't quite capture the claustrophobic feeling throughout. Three things make this place feel terrible: 1. Cramped: Everything feels cramped—the rooms, bathrooms, parking garage, 2-person (!) elevator, hallways, and reception area are all tiny. Mostly windowless, low ceilings, and smaller than many motels. The room was hot and muggy when we arrived. A/C was off and the windows were closed. Feels like mold heaven. 2. Careless: Large areas are clearly painted over, and other areas have cracks forming. The lights are all different color temperatures— a cold, dull, fluorescent tone that makes the place look more like the DMV than a home. 3. Chaotic: It's on a street corner and only 2 stories high, so if you open the window for fresh air, you'll be woken up by loud engines and blaring horns.

        It's arguably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The parking garage was a nightmare to get in and out out of. The bed was uncomfortable, and the walls had mold, cockroaches, paint. It was just atrocious. Paid $400 for 2 nights. Such a complete rip-off.

        I was very disappointed and grossed out by this hotel. Rooms were dirty, stains all over the carpet, night stands had stuff spilled on it, there was stuff in the toilet when we got there. The floors were so gross I took the sheets off the bed and put them on the floor to protect our feet. The parking is a joke, I called ahead to confirm that there was park a few days before my stay and was told they have a parking garage under the hotel and a parking lot in the back. When we got there the parking under the hotel had like 6-8 spots that are tinny and it’s so hard to get in to the garage due to the narrow parking. The breakfast was also joke. A few bananas, juice boxes and some old pastries. We tried several times to complain/ talk to the manager but the manager is never there. Booked this place cause I always had good experiences with best western, definitely second guessing them now.

        This was the worst hotel that my family ever stay, very small walking area around the bed, bathroom is so small, no place to even put your personal brush, sealing of the shower are molded, no soap holder in the shower, had to put it on the floor, rooms rug is so old, smells moldy! Bath towels were old and dirty color. Parking garage is so hard to get in and out, it’s a horrible and a nightmare place!!you shouldn’t carry Best Western’s name.

        Stayed here with my BF while visiting some of his family and it was...bad. While he was checking in, I was getting chased by a cockroach in the lobby, already off to a bad start. Rooms were extremely poor quality given the price (almost $200 a night). Hard beds and useless pillows, comforters not wide enough for 2 people, fridge not strong enough to actually keep food cold, actual condition of the room not great (ex. some of the blinds were broken). Service was non-existent. At no point did room service clean our room over 4 nights, even when we put out the "please clean this room" sign. I had to ask front desk for new towels multiple times before I got them. I also had to get help with the smoke alarm in our room, which randomly sounded over and over again when we came in one day, to where the batteries needed to be pulled out. The one redeeming quality is that there are some nice restaurants and a mall within walking distance. Besides that, this is a must-miss. Stay at a proper hotel and pay less. 👌🏾
