The room looks nothing like the photos, although it was very very quiet for New Year's Eve. Except the people above us on the 2nd floor you could hear kids running across the room and the floor/ceiling creaked something horrible so stay away from room 127 for that specifically. We had nats flying around the room so we went out to pick up dinner and brought a spray back and they were gone. We did overall sleep pretty well though beds were comfortable and the bed was clean. I wasn't impressed with the front desk service as the young man didn't seem to have much experience but was polite and offered us the extra towels I requested upon check in. This will be my only stay here for a local. I'll try something new again in a few months. 😊

We stayed here the night before flying out and couldn’t have been happier. Yes, the rooms are dated, but the location and customer service can’t be beat! Location is quiet and the room has ample space. Check in was smooth and shuttle service couldn’t be better. Very glad we chose to stay here and will be back!

A little disappointed that I paid $150 for the night. The coffee maker didn't function correctly. So we couldn't have coffee. There are no frills, nada! Not even a continental breakfast. The room appeared to be clean, but old. In desperate need of upgrades. Won't stay here again. Other hotels offer so much more for the same price or less.

Right across from Reno Airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff, adequate parking, elevators and a small convenience storw for food and sundries. A little more spartan furnishings than a basic Best Western a frequent but definitely a step above Motel 6. I was directed park and enter through "Door A" ( 1 of 3 back entry doors). There are no signs identifying these doors. A prominent light sign would be very helpful.

Affordable. Very convenient to use paid parking service before you travel. There is a shuttle to take you to the airport. This team is amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
