If you want an unassuming and unpretentious lodging place in high-tourist density Boracay, Surfside could be for you. Located in the less populated station 3 of Boracay you will be met and served by friendly yet professional staff. Surfside also operates the Nagisa Japanese restaurant which is popular among guests, foreign and local alike. The restaurant is genuinely rustic and homey with its wooden floor, chairs and tables and nipa roof. Truly a relaxing ambience. It feels good to just sit and look at the ocean, counting boats and dogs while having your favorite drink.

Loved my time here at Surfside. It’s far from the loud and crowded areas of Station 2. The staff took very good care of us. They were very nice and accommodating. Love the Japanese inspired foods and the ambience of the restaurant. Rooms are clean. Also got an incredible massage at the Yasuragi Relaxation Spa next door. 10/10 will stay here again!

We stayed for a week and it was amazing! We had the suite with a patio and it's nice to have a view of the beach from there. The room is not new but it's clean and well kept. The staff are so kind and they were very attentive to our needs. If you want to relax and have a quiet place to stay then you should try it here. Plus the beach is not crowded so you'll definitely enjoy your swim. One of best thing was the free breakfast included from our booking which was worth it. They have a wide variety of choices from the menu, from Japanese dishes to Filipino food that you will like.

Honestly an underrated hotel! It's too far from the centre of action but people like me choose to stay here for less crowd and more laid back old Boracay feel. We stayed in the Ocean room which is beach facing. It's an extremely spacious room honestly it can comfortably fit in 10 pax sleeping capacity. I love how spacious the veranda is. There is so much privacy in this place. Plus their service is excellent and very genuine. I only stayed for one night as I have a booking with an Airbnb nearby. Wished I could have stayed longer. Thanks to all the hotel and restaurant staff can't wait to be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
