Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The spacious and impeccably clean room provided a comfortable retreat, complemented by a bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The ambiance of the hotel was delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness, making us feel truly welcome. The proximity to the beach, just a 7-minute walk away, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our time. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good to start each day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Surin Beach.

I stayed at this resort for 4 weeks recently and yesterday I asked my travel agent to book me there next year for another month. I enjoyed the most incredible stay and would highly recommend this resort. I have a food allergy and the husband and wife team that look after the meals went out of their way to make sure that all the delicious and nutritious food they served kept me safe. Every member of their staff, those at the front desk, the housekeepers, the gardener and pool maintenance fellow, all treated me with kindness and respect and provided excellent service. I was over the moon happy with my stay here and made my entire visit to Phuket so remarkably unforgettable. Thank you Surintra.

What a surprise! Neat little hotel 5 minutes to the beach and a few minutes to shops, restaurants and massage. Deluxe large room very modernly furnished with lots of space for things, a large terrace and a beautiful bathroom. Excellent price-quality ratio. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Later check out from the hotel at 7 pm with a symbolic amount, thank you Surintra team! …p.s. only maybe have and soft pillows🙂

Service was very good, friendly staff and happy to help. Breakfast was okay, like most places a mix of Thai and western buffet. We were very happy with our room. Huge and modern with a nice balcony. The room was much better than even the promotional photos convey. Good location, close to the beach and transport, but also very nice to be out of Patong. Surin is filled with nice restaurants and the beach itself is beautiful. Only hiccups with Surintra was a bit of a late check in as the rooms weren't ready and at the end of our stay the water supply was somehow cut off the to the whole place and there was very little communication about what was going on, we were there for a day and it still wasn't finished, not sure how long it took them to get it back. All in all we were pleasantly surprised by the very enjoyable stay we had at Surintra, it is exceptionally good accommodation for the price.

Very nice spot. Friendly staff, two pools, good breakfast buffet, right across the street from the beach. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby but the ones on the beach are the best, they don’t show up on google but there’s a lot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
