        Spacious room and very clean. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Provided prayer mat 👍🏻. Outskirts location within chinatown. Halal food is not easily accessible.

        Stayed for 3 nights, overall decent stay. Oldschool interior and carpeted floor. Bed and pillows quite comfy. Location is great, many chinese restaurants nearby. Parking can be a hassle during the day, not much of a problem at night. Kakak at the reception was very friendly, except for the one who called to ask what time i was checking out. My mood was ruined right after the call due to her unprofessional tone when replying. Rude and sounded like she needs proper customer service training! So one less star for customer service. Aircon takes a while to cool down the room. Hot/cold shower has to be adjusted manually but water pressure is awesome. Not wet/dry separation but floor leveling is done well so still able to keep the dry area relatively dry. Expect noise early in the morning, the area is notorious for double parking (probably a norm in selangor), so cars will be honking away, and the windows are not well insulated so even on the 3rd floor you’ll hear everything clearly. Rooftop sitting area looks nice but in reality it’s really dusty, tables seem like they haven’t been wiped for agesss. Late check-out available for RM10/hr after 1pm but do inform them on the day what time exactly you are checking out, as we have informed the day earlier, but were not told that if we check out at 5pm we would be charged half day’s rate. The person who called our room literally told me “oh you SHOULD inform us again, you SHOULD this and SHOULD that…” i mean c’mon, it’s your policy your hotel, you SHOULD inform us when we asked the night before for late check-out. In a nutshell, I would recommended for short stays, a night or two should be alright.

        My bf and I visited this hotel in the morning and stayed until noon. As what we observed, workers were very friendly, rooms were clean and nice, Netflix was a plus point for it too. The location is near to jinjang mrt station (walk for about 5 mins) so it was convenient and surrounded by several food stores too! We would definitely return back in future !!!! Superb 😍👍🏻

        Not in touristy area so bit of industrial traffic noise. But because it is, the restaurants nearby by area frequented by locals, which is always a good sign in my eyes. Very reasonably price, restaurants & hotel

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
