We booked a lot of accommodations over the course of our three week trip across Indonesia, but this was absolutely one of our very favorites. We felt so welcome and well-taken care of by the owners, who made us breakfast, delivered coffee to our patio, arranged transport when needed and a tour around the island, and even rented a scooter to us. They were there for whatever we needed throughout our stay, and were just so lovely that we were sad to leave! I highly recommend the Swan Beach Inn whenever you're on Nusa Penida– and head up the road for great meals and drinks at the Chill Penida, too.

This place feels like home. The family that owns the place is genuine and helpful. They’ll greet you with big sincere smiles all through the day and make sure your needs are taken care of. They arranged our drivers/ our ferry tickets, and they took care of us just like family. The facilities are extremely clean and the breakfast is delicious. The sunrise is stunning, and the vibe of the place is peaceful. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Booked one night stay by a 2days 1 night package. Very happy stayed here. You can hear the light waves, very peaceful night. Some small restaurants within 2 mins walk. Light breakfast included. I just asked 3 boiled eggs with hot tea. Fried rice and noodles are nice, but no right to me in the morning.

The family who owns it is so kind and lovely that it was definitely a highlight. With no problem they changed our reservation and arranged the driver and boat tickets for us. The breakfast was very nice and it is located right by the sea, so you can enjoy the sunrise from the garden.

An amazing family place! People are very welcoming and very kind! Love the vibe of the place! Rooms are very nice and very clean, loved to sleep in that place with the sound of the waves! A must, you need to see the sunrise from there is so magical!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
