        Roughly the day of our flight, with everything paid a month ago, the owner added 300€ more to pay in Florence justified as 'taxes'. There was no explanation about the reason behind this change nor maths done to justify that big amount of money. Asked about it, the owner didn't lose time to cancel our booking alleging that we were the ones who cancelled it, leaving us in the heart of Florence with no place to sleep for a whole week.

        The owner did not come to open the door, moreover he decided not to give us the apartment any more!!!! We were left with no place to stay at 20:00 at night after 9 hours drive from abroad! He justified his behaviour saying that we shouldn't have arrived after 18:00 since he finishes "working" at that time! No cell phone was provided and the only number given to us was that of a private flat where nobody answers! Pls note the appartment is located down town inside a closed zone, each time you enter it you pay a fine. Do not go there.

        Worse place ever. Charged us 50 extra Euros just to open the door. Full of bedbugs that bit us (70+ bites in my case) causing allergic reaction to which the hosts showed no concerns or interest to solve.

        I tell you our story. Our flight from Florence to Rome was diverted due to bad weather and we arrived later than the check-in time (6:00 p.m.). We tried to talk to the owner all that afternoon and the next morning, but he didn't answer the phone or answer the email outside of check-in hours (1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.). In the end we had to book a night at another hotel. The next morning, we speak at 1:15 p.m. with a person who claims to be his secretary, we arrange a check-in time, we go to the apartment and he makes us wait 1 hour or so at the door until the man appears. He wants to charge us €300 more in "taxes" that were not included in the reservation. When we ask for an explanation, he shrugs his shoulders and leaves, telling us that he was canceling the reservation because we refused to pay and leaving us stranded without accommodation. We called his secretary's phone number and by chance, he didn't pick it up either. We contacted Booking to see if they can do something. He does answer them and tells them that he knows nothing about the matter. In the reservation we had it appears as "NOT PRESENTED" and the apartment is put back on offer. From Booking they tell us that they can't do anything and that they wash their hands, because it is an individual agreement. IF THE OWNER CANCELS THE RESERVATION THE USER LOSES THE MONEY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. This situation is unfortunate. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. THE OWNER IS AN UNSCRUPLE SCAMMER.         Wonderful two-story apartments almost in the very center of the city. You can reach the main locations of the city on foot. There are pizzerias, Italian restaurants and supermarkets nearby. But there are several negative points, it is constant noise on the street, both during the day and at night, due to poor sound insulation of the windows.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
