Overall a great experience, The location is extremely central we ended up walking everywhere. Giovanni was an amazing host and very informative which made our holiday that much better. He responded immediately to any query we had. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely worth it, good value for money.We would definitely come back !

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and Colosseum are only a short walk and Vatican city is about a 45 minute walk. The hotel is charming and clean! We were greeted by Giovanni, the owner. He is absolutely wonderful! He took the time to show us where we were and how to get to everything, even recommended fabulous places to eat. This was the perfect hotel with superb service, will definitely be staying here again!.

Great experience and location overall. The desk staff is very nice and helpful. Free breakfast is nice and they had food ready for us early on our departure day. They called a cab to come pick us up. As they point out on their website, it is a one star hotel so don't expect fanciness. The rooms are small and basic, but adequate. There is a folding chair at a bedside desk. I had a single room which had one twin bed with one 3 foot long pillow. Would have preferred two separate pillows. Neither the fan, heat or air conditioner worked for the 2 days we were there. Apparently this was hotel wide. It wasn't a huge deal as I was able to open the window to cool the room down in March, although I did let some additional noise in. Elevators are noisy at night. Overall though, good experience and I would stay here again.

Probably one of the best and safest located rooms in Rome. We walked to every site by foot and it didnt took us more than 15-20 minutes. The host is is very helpful and gave us some good tips. Our room was clean and it was as expected.

Next to main road and sadly a construction site during our stay. No sign on front door so look for hotel fiori sign or you will never find it. Location was perfect and gentleman who met us really helpful. Got a surprise €30 charge for late check in due to flight times which was a bit frustrating on arrival.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
