Was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews, but I had a great stay. Comfy beds, very quiet area, beautiful white linen and towels, lots of hot water, and absolutely friendly service from a delightful and helpful Nonnie. Was much more than I expected.

NO GO! upon arrival it was chaos. Person "in charge" is completely unequipped to check people in. Undisclosed parking fee of R100 per night plus R250 PER PERSON breakage fee. Phoning the so called "owner" called Janine on the website, is an African man. Just suspicious from the get go. When we decided to leave and look for different accommodation, it was a struggle to get our R700 back. Only after threatening to take their keys, did they give it back to us. Each to their own but I won't be making this mistake again. What seems eclectic on the photos is in fact sad and shabby in real life.

I found management to be sadly very unreasonable when it came to me requesting a refund for additional child rates and secure parking due to us attending a memorial in Strand and plans amending slightly. They were completely inflexible and I feel, totally unreasonable in their dealing with me. I would most definitely not recommend their service at all. Most disappointed. We will not be visiting the establishment again.

Place was not good at all, very small, no comfort,we felt we were in a back yard shack. The outside drain was in the shower. We had to pay extra for parking onsite on the night we arrived even though it was not mentioned before & it was a very tight squeeze. There was no alternative for load shedding like a gas stove. Didn’t even have the desire to take pics of the inside to show others
