Not the best, absolutely not the worst. Location Is not One of the nicest in Town, but it's ok. There's a lot of traffic sound coming from the outside and the Building Is not very well kept. Rooms could be more tidy but are fine, beds are moving a bit too much and there are traces of trash from previous customers. You don't have a personal light, but Just One that Is for all the room so bring an Eye mask with earplugs. Plus Is that there are a lot of sockets. Kitchen Is not very clean with traces of mold near the sink and the fridge Is a mess and smelly. Not all bathrooms are clean and shiny. Some smell bad and have traces of urine. It could be Better if they provided stuff for cleaning the floor or the wc autonomously in case of need like sanitizers and surface detergents. It has been nicely renovated inside and it's nice that you can do the checkout autonomously when you Need. I like that you can access autonomously the hostel with a code whenever you Need in the night.

Expect a cheap hostel. One bathroom per gender, both disgustingly riddled with mould and rubbish. No where to change in privacy. Room’s are huge, 16 person rooms. Clerestory hot and stuffy with only a little fan to cool. It did the job for 1 night, but it’s not glamorous, that’s for sure.

Had a comfortable stay and staff were very lovely. They let you store your luggage after checkout for free, which is a plus. It’s a 20 minute walk from the city centre – something to keep in mind!

Very beautiful and clean hostel and it's around a 10min walk to the beach so good location also Roomd were clean and each had a separate shower and toilet so can definitely recommend

Good location but kitchen dirty and sparse, not much atmosphere. Bathrooms not stocked with loo roll or hand towel, and could be cleaned more. Not the best hostel I’ve stayed at but decent location for the centre.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
