This was my first time staying at this hotel. I stayed at SWIIO DAAN HOTEL for 10 nights (9/13/23 to 9/23/23). I usually stay in Folio Hotel, but unfortunately it permanently closed. The rooms at SWIIO were clean, modern and pretty spacious for one person. I do not recommend sharing room as it can be quite tight. I shared with of my sister and my two other sisters were in another room. Location wise was pretty good as there were a lot of eateries and small stores. Some downfalls are that there is no hotel lobby and the housekeeping service wasn't that great. (Hand soap dispenser was not refilled unless we tell them to do so.)

Stayed for 4 nights from 29 Jul - 2 Aug to celebrate my wife's birthday and i have to say it is the best decision to choose Swiio Daan. Special thanks to the team Ashley, Ann, Rebecca, Claudia who helped to facilitate and set up the birthday surprise in the room. Room is very clean with all the amenities necessary to make our stay comfortable. Swiio also has the largest bathtub that was big enough to accommodate 2 if you want to enjoy a soak after a day of shopping in taipei. Overall this is the best hotel i've stayed in taiwan and will definitely be back!

Stayed in Swiio Da'an for 4 nights in early May and the experience was unexpectedly good. I didn't expect the staff would call a day before to brief me for my arrival and confirm if transport from airport was needed. The staff were indeed very friendly and helpful. A brief room tour was given after checking in. There were a range of room fragrances to use. Guest can also choose pillow from their pillow menu. Snacks and drinks in the room was free of charge and would be refilled on request. It was a pleasant stay overall and I will definitely stay in Swiio Da'an again.

Basic hotel in a good location but with good amenities. Quick responses but sadly not very accommodating. Four star at max. The entire hotel is white with a very basic reception desk at the ground floor. Most of the major morning call services, check on 'non working' things in the room were easily fulfilled. However when I was out for a meeting and happen to be running late for the check out, I was told that if I were to check in late they will charge me for late check out right away. No mercy given. Honestly speaking when I rushed back to the hotel - the cleaner had 3 uncleaned rooms to work on , so really would've appreciated if they have given me an extra 15 mins considering the price of the hotel was not cheap for what it is. Given this one incident, the hotel provides great amenities including drip coffee packs from a famous local coffee connoisseur, free mini bar with water / soft drinks, cookies and a very high tech AI controlled system where you can open the curtains without pressing any buttons. The bedsheets are super soft. And I think the hotel works with some brands - they provided culti room sprays ( which were also for sale) , laundress clothes refresheners and also a sneaker cleaning kit! those were fun to play with. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel and the hotel is very well located. I would recommend it for a leisure trip but maybe not for a business trip as the tables were small and it took some time to get the internet to work. The walls were some what thin as I could hear the water pipe doing its work whole night long. Try book the rooms with a bathtub ( king size bed) , it feels slightly bigger and nicer than the twin bed rooms.

Wonderful hotel, everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Service staff were extremely friendly and helpful and Becky even helped us booked a massage nearby when the one we wanted was not available. Also just to add the bathtub is huge, for those who are interested. You can also do your laundry FOC which was a small plus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
