Clean and spacious room. Hotel crews and staffs are friendly and helpfull to recover my stuffs that I left accidentally in my room after checking out the day before. Special thanks to the receptionist ms. Diana who followed up and sent it to my home address.

We had an evening training session. The hotel did a very good job. I can say this because everything from the computer projector to the sound system to the buffet to the coffee break to the seating and tables had zero problems. Well done.

I come here for business trip with my colleagues. Morning breakfast menu many varieties provided. All food tasty and they prepare for us as our request. Shuttle car facilities available. I like to mentioned especially car drivers pak Razif and pak Ferry as guide approach of our trip, both of them very humbly treats us including master chef in the dinning hall and receptionist as well as. Overall I'm satisfied to stay here and recommend to visit others.

Located not too far away from JIEXPO, this property is ideal for anyone who intends to visit an event at JIEXPO. The hotel provides free shuttle to-and-from JIEXPO. The lobby is not spacious, but seating and tables in the breakfast area are plenty. Breakfast spread is various considering this is just a 3-star rated hotel. The staff are all super nice and helpful. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. Towels are super soft and pillows are fluffy. Facilities in and out of the room are adequate and average for its class. Unfortunately, there are a number of downsides worth mentioning: wifi is slow, hot water is tepid, lots of stains on the carpet (yes, stains are hard to remove), and during daytime alleys need more cooling.

Breakfast was superb. Its was a good stay. Just feel bad for their WiFi network, its super slow even with full bar connection to the extend using back roaming data. Kindly please take note on this

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
