Saya stay 21-23 October 2023 Saya bekerja di hotel bintang 5 Dan ini pertama kalinya saya diminta oleh pihak hotel untuk harus simpan KTP saya setelah registrasi, padahal saya sudah bayar full. Saya ingatkan pegawai hotel laki-laki agar ingatkan saya kembali ketika check out untuk memberikan KTP saya balik. Ketika saya check out, seorang perempuan di counter handle saya check out dan hanya bilang kamar yang lagi 1 lagi kamu ada konsum 3 water dan saya bayar, tp kenapa tidak ingatkan ada KTP saya disana? YOU MISS THE LITTLE IMPORTANT DETAIL IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! At least you don’t need to keep our identity card, these day all modern, photos you can take and exactly you know where i am come from! My Room was 507 Believe me! I work 5 star hotel for almost 15 years my life, never in my life the hotel ask to keep to ID Card! And before i stay there i was trying to call the telephone line of this hotel,, i tried almost 22 times but no one answer, i am about to give them a confirmation that my friend who book in the same hotel too, already have confirmation from Air Asia that he can change the date, but we are not receive the final confirmation and to contact them is so so so too too too difficult! One day a man answer the call and the name if i am not mistaken he said “nobri” or sounds like that, before i finish my conversation, this man close the telephone! What is happening ? I need your help, because I book this hotel The end, the Security got my respect, they are humble and very nice!

Stayed for 2nights. But i checked out only for 1 night. Because im not feel safe and comfortable, especially the Housekeeping staff i dunno the name. I borrowed an ironing, and then i ran for cup of coffee at Poins mall only 20 minute. When i get back at my room that iron suddenly missing. Theres no confirmation at all whatsoever. They said its them procedures when guest ask for iron for 2 hours! They ask you to give it back. But im not even using it at all! Can you imagine that staff or anyone else came to your rooms when we got out? Really? Is that your common sense to treat your guest? If we lost something at our room? Whose gonna take responsible? Theres no explanation from Hk staff/front office/ or your duty manager incharge at weekend. And please do you staff training about privacy, and guest satisfaction. And also the woman incharge idk her name (front office) saturday Sept 9 at 2:25pm she is not even smile or greeting, not even said thank you. she is the worst person ever i met when doin a check in process. Well, definitely not goin come back to this hotel anymore. Cleaned the rooms properly please! Educate your staff.
