During one week stay for business trip at Swiss belinn wahid hasyim all is perfect and nothing bad, is easy for me went to another places near surrounding hotel, and easy looking for food closed-by walked around. Restaurant is enough variations menu and keep it good, just notes the restaurant is so cold, and any smoking space is connecting to restaurant and is good enough for them. Room was clean and enough space for pray. Thank you Mr. Julius as a Sales Manager and Ms. Yeni front office staff, who helpful during my stay, and I am happy was treat by Ms. Yeni during my stay who she so humble and friendly with his smile. Hope I'll get the same experience next stay.

Hotel with great location. Within walking distance to Sarinah Mall, Monas and Grand Indonesia Mall. The service was 4/5 since the cleaning crew came to clean the room but the door was locked with chain since I was sleeping. The crew just left the door slightly open. Room facility was okay. The hot water is very nice. The room is big enough for me to have a suitcase open and still have space to walk around.

Well, pretty much worth the price to stay in the heart of Jakarta. Didn't have much to be complained about. Rooms are normal, not too cozy but not too small. Bathroom is okay. Foods are okay. It was just one little stupid thing that when you put your room card inside that door lock, it would not open right away, you gotta try it again for 5-6 times then the door will unlock. It's so silly but yeah maybe with that price, you get this kind of hotel

I attended a workshop at Arcana (one of the multipurpose rooms), the room itself is neat but the restroom...single unisex restroom, so you can imagine the hygiene and such even when it looks clean. I hope the management could figure something out about that issue.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
