A lot of complains & showing this hotel is not professional : 1. Ac on my room is not cool, when getting serviced, the freon gas is broken, takes more than an hour until they get back again 2. In the room for 4 people, some amenities are only for 2 people, 3. Breakfast, starts at 6 am, but just the drink is ready, everything else is still either being prepared or dont know what happens. 7am it's starting to get more ready, but food is unappetizing, fried chicken looks pale, eggs from the egg station looks messy. Also taste is not good. Potato is still raw. 4. When asked where's the manager, they said the manager is not coming yet, it's already 7.30 am on 5. Corridor and lift is not using ac, the lobby is cold though. Funny Most fatal : food said it's roast chicken, but it's beef, unless they find a way to make chicken texture like beef, i think it's wrongly labeled The only good thing about my stay is that the room is spacious for 4 people. Overall, not worth every cent of my stay.

I encountered an issue with my room reservation as it was set up with twin beds instead of the booked king bed. Despite bringing it to the attention of the front office, there was initial confusion. Eventually, they agreed to send the housekeeping team to correct the bed configuration. However, I observed cleanliness issues in various corners, and many tools were broken. Despite these challenges, the housekeeping team was diligent in addressing my requests promptly, even we have to wait until a cup of coffee finished. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations considering the price, star rating, and brand reputation. I recommend sharing this feedback with the hotel management for future improvements.

Poor and a long waited services at Lobby's Bar. Very dirty carpets in the Bar. A lot of mosquitoes. Parking area are spacy, although a bit dark and minimum signage. Need more cleaning effort on many aspects of the building.

Always happy to stay here, specially swimming pool so big. My kids love to spend their time at pool. Room are clean, the food was good. Thanks to Mas Adiy who give us the best service while we have our breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
