        The location of the hotel is good, close to public transportation and many places on foot. As a family of 3, we stayed in a large room. We liked that there was coffee and tea in the rooms. We did not have breakfast, there are better breakfast places nearby. In short, if you want to stay in a central location and at an affordable price, it will be the right choice.

        I really want to give this place a good review. The decor was cute. The location was great. But the room was FREEZING. For 3 nights, we BEGGED the front desk to fix the heat, and the reason we got was: "We checked the machines and they're fine". We had it set to 30C... and had to resort to putting the hand warmer packs in our beds and sleep fully clothed with gloves and hats to stay warm. The housekeeping staff kept coming up, giving us more blankets, trying to fix the thermostat. THEY knew we freezing, and that the vents were only blowing cold air. But every morning, every night, the front desk just shrugged, or didn't acknowledge us at all, either having their friends sit behind the desk, too busy chatting, or standing in front of the hotel, smoking for hours. We had A WONDERFUL time in Switzerland... and it's too bad that we ended on such a sour note. Even worse that, as a person with Stage 4 cancer, and therefore a severely compromised immune system, by day 3, I was sick. As we left, one of the attendants had the gall to ask how our stay was, and we looked at him and said (for the 100th time): "The room was freezing.", and the guy coming in to relieve him for the day shift said: "Oh, I'll look into it. " 🤣 okay. Well, we're leaving. Thanks. Save your money... or stay somewhere nicer, even if it's not as "trendy". We were in Room 610 by the way, so if nothing else, and you're FORCED to stay at this hotel, avoid that room like the plague.

        Me and my mom stayed there for 2 nights in early April 2023. Luckily, the gentleman at the front desk was super generous to upgrade the room for us. We had an amazing stay. The room we got was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There’s kettle with mugs, fridge, and safe box. There’s a small luggage storage at the lobby area that you can leave your stuff before checking in and check out without any charge. If the room isn’t ready and you need to use a restroom, there’s one in the basement which you’ll have to ask the staff because you need a keycard to go down (but don’t need to use the keycard to come up to the lobby floor). The lift is quite small. Also, please note that there’s no ramp in front of the hotel so you will need to get your suitcase up a few steps to the door. They have this yummy complementary chocolate fountain at the lobby area, too, so don’t forget to try. The hotel is located is the old town area which is not far from the main train station at all. Only 5 mins walk across the bridge. Very convenient to get around.

        The hotel is right in the middle of the city center that's the only merit. Rooms are cramped up, very small considering the amount you pay. The wifi is super slow and the receptionist was not so helpful when I did complain about the internet issue.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
