        We are extremely disappointed in this hotel. We got a room with a toilet clearly not cleaned. There were pissing/urine marks/spots still on the seating of the toilet. See pictures. We were offered a different room and the same issue. We are now afraid that the bed sheets were also not changed. Never more this hotel. Also all the websites/apps like Booking and Trip mentioned that this hotel was renovated in 2023 but the rooms are really in bad shape. Unclear what has been renovated but sure not the rooms. Therefore I am very curious how guests have rated this hotel 4/5 stars but I am getting to understand that it is not to European standards and European experience with 4/5 stars hotels.

        It was so perfect for me . Like the pools that connected with the shore residence , staff was very polite , helpful and friendly especially the guards that always at the lift lobby. Keep up the good work. The only thing that i was so disappointed was the housekeeping. We put the sign for room cleaning, yes they took the garbage out. However the floor was not clean at all. I had travel and stay at lot of hotels, they will vaccum and mop the room, even the 3 star hotel did this. Must improve on floor cleaning. Also need more attention for toilet. Shower drain not work properly , clot. Not plug for hair dryer in the toilet.

        I was there with large group for an International Convention recently. The spaces in hotel were large and we didn't feel cramped. Lighting and sound systems were efficient. On the night of our Gala Dinner, the food was extremely well prepared (and warm) - amazing for such a large crowd. Special mention must be made of the well-trained staff who never lost their composure or smiles: from the reception to room service and technicians! If anything, the lifts could have been managed a bit better in order that all 500 guests could attend the events promptly. Kudos to the management of this hotel!

        An average hotel overall. The Premier King room is spacious, with a large screen TV and side sofa with a great view of the river bend. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfast selection is plentiful however hotel refused to cater to vegetarians. There was only bread, salad and 2 fruits for vegetarians. Asked the hotel whether able to make fried rice or noodles, they blatantly refused and pointed towards the bread section. For RM40 per head, vegetarians should be catered, seeing as there are not many. I'd avoid this hotel if the restaurant doesn't change.
