Parking uses only credit / debit cards. Do not accept Touch n Go. Very inconvenient. Parking is very quiet and dim. Side of the residence block were a vacant shop lot and pot plants too are not well maintained. Can be better by keeping the area neat and well maintained.

We use the Swiss Garden Residences under SIVC for our staycations and over the years have seen it deteorate. You need to check in before 10pm or there won't be anyone to pass you your room card as they only work till 10pm. No one answers the mobile number they gave for people to contact them after 10pm. If there is an emergency it's best to call 999. They don't let anyone's car wait at the lobby while checking in so you need to park on the roadside unless you pay RM15 a night to use their car park. Lobby is hot and stuffy as there is no air conditioning. Rooms are big but cleanliness is questionable. There is always hair left behind from the previous guests either in the bathrooms or on the side table. You can see shoe prints in the bathroom. Bathroom tiles are getting moldy. There are very few TV channels to choose from and they don't have smart TVs to mirror your phone. There were no bottled water in the room this time and we requested for it at the reception but no one delivered them.

There is a cockroach infestation at this place. We saw cockroaches come out to play at night while staying there. This is an old place and is not well maintained. But the location is great and it has fantastic views of KL. I love the sunken bathroom in the master bedroom. I don't think I've seen this type of design before. It is also a short walk to Jalan Alor, a popular eating place that comes alive at night.
