I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss and it exceeded all my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every aspect of my stay was delightful. The room was not only well-appointed and comfortable but also impeccably clean. The staff's attention to detail and genuine friendliness added a personal touch that made my experience truly memorable. The on-site amenities were fantastic. I highly recommend Swiss to anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Used this venue for a two day training for about 35 pax. The conference room allocated was quite spacious, P.A. system and smart screen provided. They were generous with tea time snacks and the food at lunch was ok There was no AC or fan in the conference room. The basement parking gives a very poor impression. It was poorly lit, dirty and musty and a section of it had a leaking roof. It is also where the hotel garbage is collected. This is an old hotel that could use a facelift. Overall the place is ok if you are not looking for frills.

If only there was an option for zero rating or minus rating. This was a disgusting hotel, I would describe as a health risk and death trap. The lobby is nice and sadly is the only decent area in the whole hotel. The lifts are filthy, full of drip stains on all 3 sides and they stank lof urine. The stairs didn't have lights from the 8th floor to the rooftop, at night this was extremely dangerous. You could miss a step, trip over and no one would be aware. The restaurant was horrible with a minimal menu, watered down juices being charged at full price. The service was extremely prejudiced as non-locals would order their meals whilst my friends (locals) & I were ignored for over 30mins plus. The prejudice continue on the rooftop, where we were asked to leave at 11pm as the bar closed. We explained we won't be needing any drinks or food and are just taking the view in etc. Yet guests of other ethnicities were allowed to stay and they could be heard enjoying until 2am. This hotel is marketed as 4 star but I would say as a well travelled person who stays many nights away frm home that a hostel is better. The photos which are totally blacked out are photos of the stairwells. This hotel also uses fairy lights instead of proper lighting around a few stairs and areas.

Management need to get a grip on this place. The service in the rooftop restaurant was appallingly slow and I have never received a sweet as a starter before - I ordered Cup Cakes which were actually muffins,( see photo). Furthermore they were served on a plate from a different hotel! Incidentally, cup cakes were Hobson's choice of pudding. Of about twelve menu items, this was the only one available including Ice Cream. The main restaurant was more like a caff and the staff didn't understand 'sunny side up' at breakfast. Evidence of poor maintenance was everywhere which is a shame. Managed properly the hotel could easily rate much more highly.

It's an ok well 3 star hotel which is near the CBD no parking area. Didn't find it so clean either but good for cheap conference and cheap affordable stay for a quick working week. Would not recommend this place to anyone there are better places available and more affordable as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
