My family had a WONDERFUL experience at Hotel Swiss Night this December! A must-stay place in our opinion! The hotel is quaint and charming, the room and bathroom were very clean and ours was spacious, and the location was close to a tram stop and the old town. We had a fridge in our room too. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or fitness center so can’t comment on those. The heat and wifi worked well and we even cracked the windows at night. Very cozy stay.

The room was full of spiders and they had their web everywhere, closer to the AC and on to of curtains, they clearly didn’t clean the room and we found 2 BIG spiders during the night that could easily get us in the hospital and NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL DID NOTHING. We had to get rid of them ourselves twice, twice! Also the AC never worked and the accessibility elevator stopped working

I travel all around the world and I never had such a bad experience. I also leave 4 days before and they didn’t refund, that’s not the worst of that place, I really disliked the attitude the front desk had with costumers, only one guy was super nice, the rest were not prepared enough.

Good breakfast and good customer service. Cozy room and affordable in Zürich prices. -1,5 stars for not having a working air conditioning unlike advertised on booking process. According to previous reviews, this hotel has had cooling/heating issues multiple times. You can’t just always tell customers it’s getting fixed next month but take action immediatelly. Also a bit stable and faster wifi connectivity would be great Thank you!

Beautiful hotel - the rooms are small but very clean and have everything you need. Check in was easy and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well insulated for noise, and the automatic skylight was a nice touch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
