“THE WORST EVER！ STAYAWAY！” This has to be the worst ever accommodation we’ve stayed! To cut the long story short, never received email with the code for the fob key machine, stood in the freezing cold for an hour on the phone with the the guy who is unbelievably rude and useless: The whole premise had a nasty potent smell 1. Mouldy Bathroom- Health Hazard 2. The actual room was not as pictured in the advert 3. Main front door lock broken, found a homeless sleeping at corridor outside of our room. In the end, we left after a couple of hours due to the smell and security concern.

Abysmal. No opening windows to the outside and no guest adjustable air conditioning. I rung to ask about how to lower the room temperature and told as above and then told there were no other rooms available. It has strong cooking odours from the restaurant 3 floors below, I guess that says something about the Air Con. The area is not the best (Google this). I paid for another hotel. Note that I have stayed in the 3D Inn Mirador Mansion in Hong Kong. This was of a similar level. Not advised, nothing like the pictures. Shower leaks, pink mould in seals and includes black mould in grout.

The worst room where I've been in my life. The floor and the toilet were dirty (dirty is a euphemism), the window can't be opened and in the building there is a very disgusting smell of onions and curry at every hour of the day. In addition, since the window can't be opened, the room smells of an old boot. Never more.

We checked in during the summer, there was no Air-conditioning in our room, the windows cannot be opened in our room aswel, there was only a small old dirty fan available in our room. We had to buy out own fan, because we felt a bit unsafe with the uncovered fan. The room was clean, location is also perfect for us. I hope the management start to do something about the airconditioning. The elevator is also being used by the indian restaurant downstairs to for their garbage, this results to dirty elevator floor.

Without air conditioning, the window can’t opened. There is no service front desk. Clean once a week. The TV does not have a remote control. The only thing is that the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to go anywhere

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
