        We were well looked after by the staff. The rooms were clean and nice. A little dated, but not bad at all. Think 2010s style luxury. The atmosphere was nice and quiet compared to the busy city below. Our room was turned over twice a day and always neat, with water and chocolates left behind. Housekeepers were great.

        Had switched over to Swissotel due to a negative experience at QT directly across the road and so glad I did! Treated with first class service all along the way. Should you be so lucky to experience the executive levels it's definitely worth the expense. Not to mention the bar and complimentary breakfast. Honestly could not have asked for me! Not to mention a well stocked bar for a cheeky cocktail prior to dinner simply awesome. My only tiny gripe is the lifts get absolutely smashed at checkout time so many people had to catch the lift going up just to get down. Otherwise an excellent visit, lovely pool, smiling staff.

        This is probably one of the best hotels I've seen. The room was clean and tidy. There was a bath tub. The view is the Sydney eye tower. And the location is near a bunch of places. There is a pool, spa, and gym. The pool is cold but you'll get used to it. Overall, amazing hotel! I definitely recommend this.

        Only able to comment on the Ten Stories Christmas Dinner …. Great service but no real excitement you would expect attending Christmas dinner. Lacking any real atmosphere and we have experienced a few seafood towers that were of a higher quality, variety and quantity. The prawns and crab were tasty but overcooked. We had to ask for a finger bowl after peeling the prawns etc and expected a bit more variety in the salad that was really just decoration. Dessert was not included in the price so we ordered it as an extra and we’re only offered a choice of 2 desserts that were on their Christmas menu. Again pretty disappointed.

        I wanted to take my 90 year old mother into Sydney to feel the Christmas spirit. It was a perfect location, as Mum is in a wheelchair, the Hotel is on the doorstep of everything Xmas. Pitt St Mall, Myer, David Jones, QVB, this Hotel is perfect. The staff were amazing, incredibly welcoming and obliging. The room had a big bathroom and plenty of room for Mums wheelchair and walking frame. Massive thank you to all the staff, everybody went above and beyond to make our stay special. We have created memories that we will have forever. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
