        Pros: 1. Bed/Pillow comfort. 2. Quietness in room. 3. Room service. 4. Definition of 5 star hotel. Cons: 1. Hotel located up hill, you may not feel comfortable to walk. But request Taxi. 2. Keep watch on your belongs from housekeeping. We had experience where they stole our baby food. I think this is common problem in Turkey. Management hotel tried to solve the problem. 3. Room service menu needs add more different dishes.

        Disappointing Experience: Not the Corner Room I Booked, But Friendly Staff I recently stayed at Swissôtel The Bosphorus - Istanbul, and I was left quite disappointed with my experience. I had booked a corner room, which was clearly showcased in the hotel's promotional pictures during the reservation process. However, upon arrival, I was given a non-corner room instead even though they called it a corner room, which was not at all what I had anticipated. First impressions count, and unfortunately, the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received left me with a sense of disillusionment. The corner room, as depicted in the pictures, boasted breathtaking panoramic views and amazing views of the river and sea, which was the primary reason I chose this hotel for my stay. In contrast, the room I was assigned had an unremarkable view, and its configuration was far from what I had envisioned. The hotel staff simply told me that there was no corner room available and offered no further assistance or compensation. They called me on my last day to mention they had a corner room available for us; however, by this time the hassle of moving to the other room was not worth it just for one night. Despite these frustrations, I must acknowledge the hotel's friendly and courteous staff. While the issue of the incorrect room allocation was a significant disappointment, the staff's attitude and willingness to assist in other areas of my stay were commendable. They made an effort to be accommodating and helpful throughout my visit, from providing dining recommendations to promptly addressing minor requests. The hotel's amenities and services, on the other hand, were reasonable and up to standard. However, the overall disappointment with the room overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. It's essential for hotels to deliver on their promises and maintain the integrity of the room booking process, especially when guests pay a premium for specific accommodations.
